Responsibilities
Lead Complex Medical Malpractice Matters: Manage a broad portfolio of sophisticated medical malpractice matters involving hospitals, physicians, healthcare systems, and catastrophic injury claims. Develop Case Strategy & Drive Outcomes: Formulate and execute litigation strategies across all phases of disputes, including pleadings, discovery, expert coordination, motion practice, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations. Courtroom Advocacy & Dispute Resolution: Lead appearances in state and federal courts, mediations, and arbitrations, handling hearings, depositions, and trials with confidence and strategic insight.
