Duties and Responsibilities: Defend Pennsylvania workers' compensation claims for employers and carriers. Handle hearings, mediations, and settlements. Coordinate IMEs and medical records. Advise on compensability, exposure, and liens. Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates): JD and active Pennsylvania bar. 3–7 years post-bar workers' compensation defense — current Associate, Counsel, or Partner. Hearing or settlement experience in workers' compensation.
