Key Responsibilities: - Provide attentive, personalized PRN in-home support for children and/or adults/elders. - For children, this includes engaging in play activities, preparing meals, and strictly following family routines. - For adults/elders, support may include mobility assistance, companionship, and help with daily living activities to ensure comfort and independence. Requirements: - Professional experience in caregiving, child care, or babysitting is essential. - Must be comfortable with an as-needed (PRN) schedule with variable hours. - Must be professional, reliable, and committed to high standards of safety. - Experience supporting children with developmental disabilities, autism, or other complex needs is highly desirable.
