We're building a roster of creators we book again and again across our beauty and skincare clients. You get a brand-approved script and a full creative brief. You film it, edit it, and deliver the finished video plus your raw files. The product ships to you for free and you keep it. Rate: $100–175 per finished video. Most bookings are 3–4 videos, paid flat at net 30. This is work for hire, not a partnership. The brand posts the videos on its own channels and nothing goes on your page. You get a brand-approved script plus a creative brief with a shot list and visual references. You film and edit the videos, then upload the finished cuts and raw files to our creator portal. We send written notes and you do one round of revisions. Usage This is paid production work, not an influencer deal. There's no posting, no affiliate link and no commission, just a flat rate per video. The brand and agency own the finished content and can use it on any platform, including paid ads, indefinitely. If that doesn't work for you, we'd rather you know now than at the contract stage. Who we're looking for We're hiring for the edit, not the audience. You're a good fit if you: Film the product being used: the dispense, the application, the blend and the moment after, not just the finished look Shoot macro, like texture on your fingertips, formula on a spatula or a label catching the light Cut your own footage to the script, fast and layered when the piece calls for it and one committed take when it doesn't Treat on-screen text as a system, with consistent type and clear hierarchy instead of default captions (each brand's guidelines are provided) Turn videos around within 4–5 days of the product arriving Can work from written notes without needing a call Already make vertical short-form content on your own account Follower count doesn't matter. We've booked creators with a few hundred followers and creators with over 100K on the same campaign. Our beauty clients need their full shade ranges shown accurately, so we're casting creators across all skin tones and shade depths. Female, 21+.
