Bilingual Collection Specialist

American Financial Credit Services is seeking a Spanish bilingual collection specialist to work Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. In this position, you will provide recovery and resolution collection services for delinquent business personal property taxes in a variety of states. This is an in-office position with potential to work from home once promoted. A background in customer service is a plus, but not a requirement. The ideal candidate will be professional, articulate, reliable, team oriented, decisive, and self-motivated. Candidate must be computer literate with good typing skills and have good verbal and written communication. Competitive pay commensurate with experience including bonuses.
