Key Responsibilities

In this remote, independent‑contractor position, you will own a suite of critical tasks that keep the creator workflow smooth and efficient. Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Creator Onboarding: Guide new German creators through the onboarding process, set up their profiles, and ensure they understand how to use the brighthush dashboard and associated tools.
• Payment Management: Log creator payments with meticulous accuracy, verify amounts against campaign agreements, and respond promptly to any payment‑related inquiries.
• Creator Support: Answer day‑to‑day questions in German, providing clear, courteous, and helpful guidance on campaign requirements, platform usage, and best practices.
• Discord Community Management: Moderate the German creator Discord server, foster a positive community atmosphere, and address any conflicts or technical issues that arise.
• Post Verification: Conduct systematic checks to confirm that each creator’s content is live on all required platforms, flagging any missed posts to the campaign manager and broader team.
• Cross‑Platform Consistency: Ensure creators publish on every designated platform (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch) according to the campaign schedule, not just a subset.
• Ad‑hoc Project Support: Assist the campaign lead with one‑off tasks such as creating Notion documentation, building simple slide decks for creator training, and preparing campaign performance summaries.

Working Hours & Schedule

This role aligns with German business hours to provide real‑time support to creators. Expect an initial commitment of 3–4 hours per day, scaling up to 8 hours as the German creator community grows to 70–80 active members. Your schedule will be:

• Monday – Friday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CEST (Germany time)
• Remote work from any location within Germany (or any timezone where you can reliably cover CEST business hours).

Essential Qualifications

• Fluent in German (native‑level proficiency) and comfortable communicating in English.
• Strong numerical aptitude with a proven track record of handling financial data accurately.
• Experience using Discord for community moderation and engagement.
• Proficiency with Notion, including creating databases, templates, and simple documentation.
• Ability to design basic slide decks (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar).
