About Us
Upward Call Counseling PLLC is a Christian-based group practice seeking a compassionate Spanish/English bilingual therapist to provide counseling services to Spanish-speaking clients and families. We offer faith-integrated counseling when requested by clients, as well as a non-faith-based option.
Responsibilities
Provide individual and family therapy in Spanish and English within your areas of clinical competence. Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and individualized treatment plans. Use evidence-based interventions that respect each client’s culture, preferences, and goals. Maintain timely, accurate progress notes and clinical documentation. Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed. Coordinate care with other providers when appropriate. Maintain consistent scheduling, client communication, and continuity of care. Follow applicable professional, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Active North Carolina clinical license or associate license, such as LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSW, LCSWA, LMFT, or LMFTA. Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to conduct clinical assessments and therapy in both languages. Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical field. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Comfort providing services through telehealth. Experience serving Spanish-speaking clients and families preferred.
