Freelancing Opportunity: We are hiring Business Analysts – US Raters for a short-term AI Evaluation & Chatbot Response Assessment project across the United States Only. Candidates must be based in one of the following US states: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.. Role: Business Analyst – US Raters Experience: 3+ Years Mode: Remote Engagement: Contractor Assignment (16 Weeks) Start: Immediate Rate: $20 USD per hour Mandatory Eligibility Criteria Technical Qualification: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and process mapping. Ability to analyze business requirements, workflows, processes, and data. Strong attention to detail, documentation, and evaluation skills. Ability to compare multiple chatbot responses and provide structured assessments based on defined criteria. Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage. Educational Qualification: Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Availability: Full-time commitment of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week. Minimum 4 hours of overlap with PST working hours per day. Five working days per week, including weekends as required, with two weekdays off. Immediate availability preferred. Ability to complete evaluation tasks within the required timelines throughout the 16-week engagement. Others: Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Reliable laptop/computer and high-speed internet connection. Ability to follow project guidelines, evaluation criteria, and documentation standards. Strong attention to detail when reviewing and comparing chatbot-generated responses. What You’ll Work On: Evaluate and compare multiple chatbot responses based on predefined criteria. Analyze business requirements and assess the quality, accuracy, relevance, and completeness of chatbot outputs. Conduct structured evaluations and provide final assessments based on project guidelines. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications. Analyze workflows, processes, and data to identify gaps and improvement areas. Create reports, dashboards, process maps, and other documentation as required. Support project planning, testing, implementation, and user acceptance testing. Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and key performance indicators. Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
