Business Analyst III

Supporting business initiatives through data analysis, the full-time remote Business Analyst III will perform detailed analysis on healthcare encounters and EDI transactions, identify user requirements, and recommend solutions to improve existing processes. Key responsibilities Support business initiatives through data analysis, implementation barrier identification, and user acceptance testing Analyze user requirements and existing processes to recommend improvements and ensure successful project implementations Coordinate with various departments to develop and deliver training programs and enhance performance management reports Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 4+ years of business process analysis experience in the healthcare industry or 3+ years of managed care encounters experience Experience with healthcare encounters or claims business analysis, preferably in managed care or Medicaid Strong SQL writing and query development skills Knowledge of HIPAA transactions and experience with claims systems like Amisys preferred Experience: 2 years required
