Business Analyst / System Admin – Marketing Cloud

Role: Business Analyst / System Admin – Marketing Cloud Location: Remote Duration: Longterm Position Overview Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to gather business requirements, create user stories, manage the backlog, and develop implementation plans and estimates for a Marketing Cloud program. The role involves coordinating between business stakeholders and developers to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops. Analyze business processes, documentation, workflows, and data. Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs. Collaborate with developers on technical scope, estimates, and feasibility. Develop implementation plans, timelines, and track dependencies and risks. Support reporting, UAT, change management, and stakeholder updates. Required Qualifications 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in technology or marketing technology. Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and communication skills. Experience with user stories, backlog management, project planning, and estimation. Ability to work with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare experience and HIPAA knowledge. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, and marketing automation. Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Visio.
