The firm operates across two service lines: capital advisory, which sources and structures loan products from an extensive lender network, and business advisory, which supports clients with credit repair, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and operational decisions that affect c apital access.Role Description and Compensation The Business Development Associate is a remote, commision-only pay contract role responsible for identifying, nurturing, and converting prospective clients for Princewood Capital's advisory and loan brokerage services. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation through outbound outreach, digital channels, and partnerships, as well as conducting market research to identify target segments and lender opportunities. Leads will be provided as well. The role involves preparing and delivering clear presentations about Princewood Capital's services, gathering client information, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth advisory and financing process. The Associate will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, follow up on inquiries, and support the development of business development strategies to expand the firm's reach across North America. Pay is Commision-Only with uncapped commision that can range from $45,000- $550,000
