Business Development Representative — Executive Communications & Speaking Coaching (Commission)

Barefoot Communication is hiring a commission-based sales rep to grow its executive coaching and corporate workshop business. 10% commission on everything booked, no cap, flexible hours, work from anywhere. Barefoot Communication provides executive communications and public speaking coaching through one-on-one coaching for executives, and workshops for leadership teams. Clients come to Barefoot for help with presence, public speaking, leadership communication, and internal and external communications. This could be a great fit for: Someone with a strong network of executives or companies and the instincts to make a warm intro A sales pro between roles or on a career break, looking to stay sharp and keep earning A freelancer or consultant looking to add a commission-based revenue stream A natural connector looking for side income without a fixed schedule A stay-at-home parent who wants flexible, part-time income on their own schedule What this role involves: Identifying executives who’d benefit from one-on-one coaching and companies whose leadership teams are a fit for a one-day workshop Doing the outreach and starting the conversation Qualifying leads to confirm fit Coordinating logistics and scheduling Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of outreach, contacts, and deal status, so progress is always clear and easy to track Closing the deal, then handing off for delivery Qualifications: 3+ years of sales, business development, or client-facing experience preferred A track record of hitting targets or closing deals, you know how to get to yes Highly self-motivated, this is a build-it-yourself role, not a lead list handed to you Meticulous and organized, nothing falls through the cracks Excellent interpersonal skills, people trust you fast and enjoy working with you Comfortable with outreach and cold calls, but never pushy or salesy Strong written and verbal communicator Full training provided on services, process, and ideal client profile.
