Business Systems Analyst II

About the Opportunity: The BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST II is responsible for bridging product development and business needs within the organization. Reporting to the VP of Product and Strategy, this role works closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that optimize business processes, systems, and data, with a particular focus on Salesforce. The position ensures effective collaboration between product managers, developers, and business teams to enhance system functionality and support organizational goals. Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders across functions to understand and document business needs and system requirements. Analyze data to identify trends that improve processes and decision-making. Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and implement new or enhanced systems. Assist Product Managers and Salesforce teams in writing user stories, validating requirements, and supporting backlog and QA. Translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable solutions. Coordinate with Project Managers to align project delivery with business priorities. Provide training and user support for Salesforce and related tools. Stay informed on Salesforce updates, healthcare technology trends, and compliance changes. Contribute to documentation using Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, and change management tools. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned. Requirements: 4-6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role. Proficient knowledge of Salesforce core platform, especially custom work beyond cloud license features. Familiarity with Salesforce Shield, Conga Document Generation, Salesforce E-signature Solutions, NIC is a plus. Experience with Salesforce development projects and understanding of design limitations preferred. Skilled in process documentation, requirement capture, ticket creation (Jira), and write-ups (Confluence). Experience in scrum and Agile environments preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Pay Range and Compensation Package: The pay range for this position is $61,300 to $85,800, with the actual wage dependent on budget, experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
