About The Role We're looking for experienced postsecondary Business instructors to help shape the next generation of AI. Your classroom expertise and real-world business knowledge will directly influence how AI systems understand, reason about, and explain core business concepts — making a meaningful impact on one of the most rapidly evolving technologies in the world. What You'll Do
Design and review business questions and scenarios used to train AI systems Evaluate AI-generated business content for accuracy, clarity, and real-world relevance Provide structured, expert feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations, and examples Apply your teaching experience to validate complex scenarios and edge cases Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule Who You Are 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level Strong command of core business topics including management, strategy, operations, and finance Able to clearly articulate and evaluate business reasoning in written form Detail-oriented and comfortable reviewing structured content at scale Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field Applied industry or consulting experience alongside your teaching background Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
