Urgent Hiring for BusinessOptix Developer / BusinessOptix Configuration Engineer Location Fully Remote BusinessOptix Developer / BusinessOptix Configuration Engineer to configure and implement knowledge management workflows within its BusinessOptix platform. The business team will document the processes and define the requirements. This resource will translate those requirements into functional workflows and platform configurations, ensuring users can easily navigate processes and access relevant knowledge articles and supporting documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and build workflows within BusinessOptix based on documented business processes and requirements. Establish workflow steps, navigation paths, and links to relevant knowledge articles and documentation. Configure platform functionality to support knowledge management and process execution. Translate documented process requirements into functional system configurations. Test, troubleshoot, and refine workflows to ensure they function as intended. Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate completed configurations. Maintain technical documentation of workflow configurations and changes. Support enhancements and ongoing optimization of existing BusinessOptix workflows.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience configuring and building workflows within BusinessOptix. Experience translating documented business processes into functional platform configurations. Strong workflow configuration, troubleshooting, and testing skills. Understanding of knowledge management systems and process documentation. Ability to work independently and collaborate with business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with business process management or workflow automation platforms. Experience configuring knowledge article navigation, relationships, and process-based documentation.
