Compensation
- Salary range: $80K–$152K

Role Expectations
- Provide weekly virtual therapy sessions
- Maintain 25 billable sessions/week (including no-shows/late cancels), backed by full administrative support
- Complete timely documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes)
- Collaborate closely with our licensed clinical and admin support teams
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
Requirements
- Active, independent California license: LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC
- HIPAA-compliant home workspace
- Not opted out of Medicare
- Commitment to ethical and legal compliance
