About brighthush
brighthush is more than a fintech startup; it is a global movement that is redefining how sales teams are compensated, empowered, and measured. Since our founding in 2021, we have evolved from a tight‑knit group of innovators into a cloud‑native platform that manages billions in annual commissions for some of the world’s most influential brands. Our mission is simple yet ambitious: transform sales compensation from a cost center into a strategic engine that fuels revenue growth.
We achieve this by marrying advanced data analytics, machine learning, and an intuitive user experience into a single, scalable platform. The result is a solution that turns raw sales data into actionable insights, enabling leaders to design incentive plans that align with business objectives, set realistic quotas, and drive consistent performance. At brighthush, we believe that the right data, the right tools, and the right people can unlock unprecedented value for both sales teams and the organizations they serve.
Our rapid expansion has taken us from a small, passionate team to a distributed workforce spanning North America, Europe, and Asia. Backed by top venture capital firms, we are on a relentless pursuit of innovation, customer success, and operational excellence. If you thrive in a fast‑moving environment, love solving complex problems, and want to be part of a culture that values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, brighthush is the place for you.
