You’ve built a successful leadership career. What if your next chapter helped more women build theirs? I’m expanding the Pinkcareers team and looking for an awesome Career Coach to join us! We help experienced women pursue Staff, Principal, and Director roles, and we’re looking for someone who wants to turn their leadership experience into a lasting impact! Ideally, you bring: Director-level or above experience at an established tech or Fortune 500 company. Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing senior professionals. A passion for helping more women advance into leadership. Previous career coaching experience is a plus, but not essential. You’ll guide clients through their job search, from positioning and interview preparation to offer negotiation. We provide the clients, curriculum, and client success support, so you can focus on what you do best - coaching! This is a remote, part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling: approximately five hours per week at set times during U.S. business hours, with the remaining work scheduled flexibly in the day.
