About the Role

Join Greenwood Project as a College Program Intern in our Talent Acquisition department. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to support our mission of diversifying the finance industry by helping Black and Latino college students access career-changing opportunities in financial services. You will work closely with our talent acquisition team to identify, engage, and support student participants throughout our programs.

Responsibilities

Support the recruitment and onboarding of college students into the Greenwood Project program Assist with screening and evaluating applicant materials to identify Requirements Currently enrolled in a college or university program (undergraduate or graduate level) Strong interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives Passion for helping students from underrepresented backgrounds succeed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently in a remote environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Previous experience with student organizations, mentoring, or outreach is a plus About Us Greenwood Project is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a finance industry without barriers to entry or advancement.
