Responsibilities

• Respond to live chat inquiries reputed company and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about reputed company.'s programs, services, and events.
• Assist students, families, and community members with general questions and support requests.
• Resolve routine concerns or elevate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

• Perform other chat support and customer service duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written communication and customer service skills.
• Strong typing and multitasking abilities.
