Role Description The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is a full-time, remote position responsible for leading all commercial activities, including sales strategy, business development, and revenue growth. This role oversees the development and implementation of commercial plans, manages key customer relationships, and aligns sales initiatives with overall company objectives. The CCO will collaborate with executive leadership to set pricing strategies, optimize product offerings, and identify new market opportunities. Daily tasks include reviewing sales performance, guiding account management teams, forecasting revenue, and ensuring budgets and commercial targets are met. The role also involves cultivating strategic partnerships, improving commercial processes, and representing the company in high-level customer and stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications
Strong experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning, with the ability to design and execute commercial strategies aligned with company goals. Proven track record in Sales and Account Management, including managing key accounts and driving revenue growth in B2B environments. Demonstrated expertise in Budgeting and financial oversight related to sales and commercial operations. Background in leadership of cross-functional commercial teams, with strong people management and coaching skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities in international business contexts. Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with strong organizational and decision-making skills.
