Chief Diversity Officer (CDO)CryoCorp O2 LLP United States · Remote Full-time · Executive About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) to lead the company's diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) strategy, organizational culture, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive executive leadership experience, strong strategic thinking, and a proven ability to develop inclusive workplace policies, strengthen organizational culture, and support long-term business growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement company-wide diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging strategies. Establish workplace policies that promote equal opportunity, fairness, and inclusion. Collaborate with executive leadership to align diversity initiatives with business objectives. Oversee employee engagement, workplace culture, and organizational inclusion programs. Partner with human resources to support fair recruitment, talent development, and leadership advancement. Establish diversity and inclusion performance metrics and evaluate organizational progress. Develop training programs focused on inclusive leadership and workplace collaboration. Identify opportunities to improve employee experience, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Support compliance with applicable employment laws and equal opportunity requirements. Build relationships with professional associations, community organizations, and external partners. Lead cross-functional initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and employee engagement. Provide strategic recommendations and performance reports to executive leadership. Background and ExperienceAt least 15 years of experience in diversity and inclusion, human resources, organizational development, or executive management. Previous senior leadership experience as a Chief Diversity Officer, Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion, Chief People Officer, or comparable executive. Proven experience developing and implementing organizational diversity and inclusion strategies. Strong knowledge of equal employment opportunity principles, workplace policies, and organizational culture. Experience leading employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational transformation initiatives. Excellent leadership, communication, strategic planning, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and geographically distributed teams in a remote environment. Experience within corporate services, technology, or other complex organizations is preferred. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field is required. An MBA, master's degree, or relevant advanced qualification is preferred.
