Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, the COO will drive operational performance, improve business processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support the company's long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with corporate objectives and business priorities. Translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives and measurable operational goals. Establish and improve operational procedures, performance metrics, and internal reporting systems. Coordinate cross-functional teams to strengthen collaboration, productivity, and execution. Manage operational resources, budgets, and business processes to improve efficiency. Identify operational risks and implement appropriate controls and corrective measures. Support business development, strategic partnerships, and organizational expansion. Collaborate with finance, technology, compliance, and other relevant teams to support business objectives. Provide regular operational updates and strategic recommendations to the CEO. Lead remote teams and establish effective communication and accountability practices. QualificationsSignificant experience in operations management, business administration, or executive leadership. Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies. Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing cross-functional teams and improving business processes. Excellent communication and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and lead distributed teams in a remote environment. A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related field is preferred.
