This individual will work closely with the CEO and other senior executives to establish operational priorities, improve internal processes, and ensure coordination across key business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficient execution of company-wide objectives. Develop and implement operational strategies that support business growth and organizational development. Establish internal policies, procedures, and performance standards to improve operational efficiency. Coordinate with technology, finance, product, and business development teams to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration. Monitor operational performance, identify potential challenges, and implement appropriate solutions. Support budgeting, resource allocation, and operational planning in collaboration with the finance team. Strengthen internal controls, operational risk management, and regulatory compliance procedures. Provide regular operational updates and strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors. Qualifications10+ years of experience in senior operations management, business administration, or financial services. Previous experience in an executive leadership or COO-level position is preferred. Strong understanding of financial services, fintech, or digital asset markets. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex business operations. Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and decision-making skills. Experience developing operational frameworks, managing resources, and improving business performance. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
