Role Description The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations across Nature's Lines Group of Companies. The COO will drive operational excellence, ensure efficient supply chain and distribution processes, and align operations with the company’s strategic goals in the nutraceutical and e-commerce sectors. This role includes leading cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, setting performance metrics, and managing operational risk and compliance. The COO will collaborate closely with executive leadership on business planning, financial oversight, and resource allocation to support sustainable growth. In addition, the COO will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, data-driven decision-making, and the enhancement of customer and partner experiences.
Qualifications
Strong Business Planning skills, including strategic development and implementation. Proven expertise in Operations Management, process optimization, and cross-functional leadership. Advanced Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and performance measurement. Solid knowledge of Finance and Budgeting for managing costs, forecasts, and resource allocation. Experience in healthcare, nutraceuticals, FMCG, or e-commerce operations is highly beneficial. Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams, foster collaboration, and manage change. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities. Relevant bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
