Role Description The Chief Product Officer at Lendr Finance is a full-time remote role responsible for setting and executing the overall product vision and strategy across the asset finance brokerage portfolio. This role oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and concept development through launch, optimization, and retirement of products and digital experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, aligning product initiatives with business goals, and collaborating with executive leadership on growth opportunities. The Chief Product Officer leads and mentors product teams, coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders in operations, technology, sales, and marketing, and uses data-driven insights to refine offerings. The role also includes establishing product management best practices, ensuring regulatory and compliance considerations are integrated, and continuously improving customer experience across all financing solutions.

Qualifications

Strong product strategy and product management skills, with experience defining vision, roadmaps, and metrics for success. Demonstrated project management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, and delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Proven team leadership and cross-functional team leadership experience, with the ability to guide, coach, and develop diverse product teams. Background in financial services, fintech, or asset finance brokerage is highly beneficial. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Expertise in data-driven decision-making, product analytics, and customer research to inform product direction. Experience collaborating with technology, UX, sales, and operations to build and refine digital products and workflows. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
