Job Description:

• Complete and narrate real civil engineering and architectural design and drafting tasks on a Mac
• Create high-quality training data for advanced AI models
• Work through real design and drafting workflows to benchmark and improve AI models
• Explain design decisions during the work
• Submit a resume and complete a 3-minute AI interviewer conversation
• Complete a brief paid assessment
• Receive follow-up regarding application status and next steps

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of professional/relevant experience in civil engineering or architecture, or currently enrolled postgraduate student
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Own a MacBook or Mac with Apple M-series chip or Intel processor, running macOS 15 or higher
• Proficiency with Mac-compatible tools such as AutoCAD for Mac, ArchiCAD, Vectorworks, SketchUp, or Rhino
• Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's studies, or 2–3 years of relevant experience plus a Bachelor's degree from a prestigious institution
• Ability to clearly explain design decisions while working
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work as an independent contractor
• H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
