About the Opportunity: The CLAIMS SPECIALIST - MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT (FULLY REMOTE) is responsible for managing motor vehicle claim accounts in a fast-paced environment. This role involves coordinating with patients, attorneys, and insurance carriers to enhance revenue for hospital partners. The position requires accurate and efficient handling of claims and daily account processing, contributing directly to the financial performance of the organization. Responsibilities: Set up and process new accounts daily Use company systems and technology to enter and verify information Communicate effectively with patients, attorneys, and insurance carriers Maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners Demonstrate quality work, integrity, and ethical decision-making Problem-solve as needed Work collaboratively in a high-volume team environment Adhere to standards of accountability, confidentiality (HIPAA compliant), and professionalism Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum one year of experience working fully remote in an administrative role Minimum one year of experience processing insurance claims Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive and upbeat personality Strong problem-solving skills Proficient computer skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high production setting Punctuality and strong work ethic Preferred experience in medical billing, patient access, or healthcare front office Pay Range and Compensation Package: The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
