Client Solutions Director

For our client, we are seeking a Client Solutions Director to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead complex client implementation efforts for health plan partners, ensuring a smooth transition from sales commitment to operational launch. You will partner closely with Sales, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define workflows, establish governance, and maintain visibility throughout the implementation lifecycle. The position is focused on proactive risk management, post-launch stabilization, and continuous improvement of client onboarding processes. It is an opportunity to shape scalable playbooks and support strategic cross-payer initiatives in a fast-moving healthcare environment. Location: Remote Compensation: $160,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to define operational workflows and present implementation capabilities Direct end-to-end implementation for large-scale health plan partners Identify and resolve issues or risks proactively before go-live Establish governance structures and maintain executive visibility Lead post-launch transitions and monitor health metrics Support cross-payer initiatives and strategic projects as needed Capture learnings to improve future client implementations and develop playbooks Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in health plan operations and implementation Proven project management skills with complex, multi-stakeholder projects Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytical tools like Looker and SQL Alignment with the organization's mission of improving mental health access
