The opportunity: We're looking for someone exceptional at building relationships who can take complete ownership of our client experience. You'll onboard new clients, build lasting relationships, keep retention high, and turn happy customers into referrals and testimonials. Our AI handles most of the fulfillment, so your focus is on people, results, and making sure every client feels they're in expert hands. What we're looking for: 2+ years in client success, account management, or digital marketing agency work Strong digital marketing knowledge, particularly SEO, Google Business Profiles, and online advertising Excellent communication skills, confidence on the phone, and a natural ability to build relationships A sales mindset with a focus on retention, referrals, and client satisfaction Comfortable learning new technology and handling occasional technical tasks Bonus: Experience with Facebook or Instagram ads Compensation: $72,000 base salary with $106,000+ annual earning potential through quarterly performance bonuses and uncapped referral commissions.
