Client Success Manager — Remote
About this role CoTrain is hiring on behalf of Trybe, which is bringing on Account Managers to own long-term relationships with the brands on its platform. You’ll manage a book of approximately 100 brands, keep accounts healthy, and proactively help each brand grow. CoTrain is a vetted marketplace that connects companies with elite, pre-screened talent, so you go straight to real work. They’re especially excited to hear from account managers at TikTok Shop agencies, since they’re already doing much of this job today. This is a full-time, permanent position. What you’ll own A book of approximately 100 brand accounts, for as long as they’re on Trybe Monitoring account health and catching downturns early Finding proactive ways to help each brand grow Building lasting relationships with the brands in your portfolio Prioritizing support across a large book without waiting for brands to raise concerns Who you are Hungry, driven, and eager to grow fast with a fast-moving company Experienced managing ongoing client or brand relationships You understand ecommerce brands and what drives their growth Comfortable managing a high-volume account portfolio You spot early signs of declining account health and act on them You communicate clearly and turn brand needs into practical next steps Bonus points Current or recent account management experience at a TikTok Shop agency Location Remote to start, with relocation to New York required by January 2027. After that, this role is onsite in New York. Compensation $100,000/year base salary, based on experience. Full-time, permanent, with a discretionary bonus of up to 15% of base for Account Managers who meaningfully grow their book and help brands beyond what the Brand Growth team provides.
