Clinical Supervisor
Job Summary Clinical Supervisor – IIC Services Holistik Therapy | New Jersey | Contract / Part-Time Holistik Therapy is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical supervision and support to clinicians providing Intensive In-Community (IIC) services through New Jersey’s Children’s System of Care (CSOC). This is a flexible, part-time contract opportunity for a clinician who understands community-based work with children, adolescents, and families and enjoys supporting developing clinicians.
Responsibilities
Provide weekly clinical supervision to assigned IIC clinicians, including LSWs, LACs, and LAMFTs Provide guidance around case conceptualization, interventions, family dynamics, risk, documentation, and treatment planning Review and approve treatment plans and other clinical documentation as required Support clinicians in maintaining appropriate scope of practice and CSOC/IIC standards Provide consultation regarding challenging cases, safety concerns, and clinical decision-making Maintain required supervision documentation Collaborate with Holistik’s clinical and quality-assurance team as needed
Qualifications
Current New Jersey independent clinical license appropriate to supervise clinicians within your discipline Eligible to provide clinical supervision in New Jersey Experience working with children, adolescents, and families Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills Experience with IIC, CSOC, PerformCare, or community-based behavioral health services strongly preferred Comfortable supervising clinicians working with complex family systems and in-home cases Reliable, responsive, and able to provide practical clinical guidance Compensation $90/hour for clinical supervision Supervision is provided on a contract basis according to assigned clinician needs.
