Our systems handle thousands of real calls. We’re growing and hiring setters on a rolling basis. What you’ll do Cold call US small business owners from leads we provide Have short, confident conversations and book demos with owners and decision makers Log every call and outcome in our CRM Use our scripts, and help us improve them based on what you hear on calls Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT (US business hours) 5 hours a day, minimum 150 dials a day Pay (USD) $2.75/hour base on every day you complete the shift and hit 150 dials Extra pay for every qualified demo that actually happens: $5 each for demos 1–20 a month, $6 for 21–30, and $7 from demo 31 onwards One-week paid trial on the same terms Paid weekly We provide Leads, dialer, CRM, scripts, and training.
