This is a Fully Remote Job About Our Client: The organization operates in the pharmacy franchise industry, specializing in infusion services for patients with chronic and acute conditions. It addresses the challenge of providing accessible infusion therapies through locally-owned franchise locations across the United States, with over 100 franchised pharmacies and clinics in 35 states. The program focuses on serving underserved and secondary markets, supporting franchise owners in launching, growing, and managing successful businesses. About the Opportunity: The COLLECTIONS MANAGER - REVENUE CYCLE MANAGER oversees reimbursement activities across multiple infusion and specialty pharmacy business units. The role is responsible for managing teams handling referral intake, authorizations, billing, and collections to ensure timely and compliant reimbursement. This position is critical for maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering excellent customer service to franchise partners, payers, and patients. Responsibilities: Manage multiple teams processing patient referrals, insurance benefit investigation, prior authorizations, billing, and collections, with up to 60 staff. Allocate resources to meet key performance indicators and assess staffing needs. Focus on achieving and exceeding financial and departmental metrics. Conduct one-on-one coaching and mentoring of supervisors, including performance reviews and counseling. Monitor payroll accuracy. Serve as escalation point for resolving complaints from franchise partners or patients. Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain standard operating procedures. Promote a customer service culture through training, feedback, and mentoring. Audit team transactions for accuracy and compliance, identifying training needs. Interview and select staff to build an effective team. Perform additional related duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of home infusion therapy experience. Minimum 5 years of management experience. Pay Range and Compensation Package: Salary range is $64,766 to $80,957.
