Overview

Staying Gracefully LLC is a locally owned and growing commercial cleaning company serving Columbia, Lexington, West Columbia, and surrounding areas. We are seeking a motivated and dependable Commercial Cleaning Sales & Appointment Setter to help grow our business by identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and scheduling cleaning walkthroughs. This is a part-time opportunity with a flexible schedule, primarily remote work, and opportunities to earn bonuses for new commercial cleaning contracts.

Responsibilities

Research and identify businesses needing commercial cleaning and janitorial services. Contact property managers, medical offices, law firms, office buildings, and other commercial facilities. Conduct outbound calls and send professional outreach emails. Identify decision-makers responsible for hiring cleaning companies. Generate qualified leads and schedule cleaning walkthroughs with interested businesses. Follow up with prospective clients to maintain interest. Maintain an organized spreadsheet of leads, contacts, and outreach activity. Provide weekly progress reports on calls, emails, responses, and scheduled appointments. Assist in developing relationships with prospective commercial clients.

Qualifications

Previous experience in B2B sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable contacting businesses by telephone and email. Self-motivated, organized, and dependable. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or facility management is a plus. Familiarity with the Columbia, SC business community is preferred. Compensation & Benefits $15.00 per hour. $50 performance bonus for securing a new recurring cleaning contract valued at $300–$999 per month. $100 performance bonus for securing a new recurring cleaning contract valued at $1,000 or more per month. Bonuses paid after the customer's first payment is received. Flexible part-time schedule. Primarily work-from-home opportunity. Potential for additional hours as the company grows. Expectations The selected candidate will initially work approximately 8 hours per week, focusing on generating qualified commercial cleaning leads and scheduling walkthroughs. The business owner will handle final pricing, proposals, and contract approval.
