Role Description This full-time remote role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager with HOA experience focuses on servicing and managing a portfolio of HOA and commercial accounts. The Account Manager will handle day-to-day client inquiries, policy administration, renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and claims support, ensuring accurate and timely responses. The role includes reviewing coverage, collaborating with producers and carriers to obtain quotes, preparing proposals, and recommending solutions that align with client needs and risk profiles. The Account Manager will maintain strong relationships with HOA Boards and Property Managers, facilitating clear communication among all parties and proactively identifying opportunities to improve coverage and cost efficiency. Additional responsibilities include maintaining organized account records, ensuring compliance with agency standards, and using management systems and digital tools to track activities and deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Commercial Lines Coverage, including understanding of property, liability, and HOA-specific insurance products. Candidates should possess Account Management skills, including portfolio oversight, renewal management, and relationship-building with Boards and Property Managers. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, problem solving, and clear, professional communication with diverse stakeholders. Candidates should possess Insurance-related skills, such as policy analysis, claims coordination, and familiarity with carrier processes and underwriting requirements. Candidates should possess Employee Benefits awareness or experience, particularly in coordinating ancillary coverages that may be relevant to HOA and commercial accounts. Relevant qualifications include prior experience in commercial lines and HOA accounts, an active Property & Casualty insurance license, and proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools. Additional beneficial qualifications include strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and experience in a consultative, high-touch brokerage setting.
