Now Hiring: Commercial Real Estate Paralegal/Closer (Naples) Work Arrangement: Hybrid; remote flexibility may be available for the right candidate Compensation: Open, based on experience Seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Closer with 3–5+ years of law firm experience managing sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. Responsibilities include coordinating transactions from due diligence through closing and post-closing, reviewing title and survey documents, preparing closing packages, coordinating with lenders and title companies, and managing critical deadlines. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing multiple complex transactions in a fast-paced law firm environment.
