Commercial Supply Chain Planning Manager

Job Title: Commercial Supply Chain Planning Manager Location: 100% Remote Industry: Pharma / Biotech Experience: 8–12 years (6–8 years with Master's degree) Pay:$70/hr on W2 Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

Key Responsibilities

Manage commercial and clinical supply chain planning. Develop demand forecasts and supply plans. Oversee inventory, sourcing, procurement, and logistics. Manage CMO/CDMO and strategic supplier relationships. Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). Manage supply risks, production schedules, and capacity planning. Utilize ERP systems and planning tools. Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, CMC, and Manufacturing teams. Manage supplier contracts, purchase orders, and budgets. Drive supply chain optimization and process improvements. Required Skills Pharma/Biotech experience – Highest Priority Commercial Supply Chain Planning Demand & Supply Planning S&OP SAP / Oracle / ERP Systems CMO/CDMO Management Supplier Relationship Management GMP / FDA-Regulated Environment Advanced Excel & Data Analytics Inventory Management & Forecasting Financial Management & Budgeting Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills Ideal Candidate: Senior Pharma/Biotech supply chain professional with strong commercial planning, ERP, S&OP, and CMO/CDMO management experience.
