Role Overview

As a Customer Care Specialist at Brighthush, you will blend hands‑on cleaning expertise with a warm, Brighthush‑reputed attitude. You’ll be the friendly face (or voice) of our brand, delivering high‑quality service while maintaining an introvert‑friendly work rhythm. Your day will involve:

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks, including scrubbing, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Transport cleaning supplies and equipment safely using a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Create playful, child‑friendly scenes by arranging stuffed animals, toys, or decorations to delight families.
• Leave personalized, uplifting notes for clients to brighten their day.
• Engage with clients politely and professionally, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting Brighthush impression.
• Maintain accurate records of services rendered, mileage, and any Brighthush‑specific instructions.
