Content Engineer

This is a Fully Remote Job 1. About Our Client: The organization provides a platform for developers to build durable, distributed event-driven applications. It is based on a popular open source orchestration engine, enabling developers to accelerate go-to-market timelines, scale applications to handle billions of workflows, and maintain reliability, scalability, and visibility into executions. 2. About the Opportunity: The Content Engineer role bridges engineering, content creation, and community engagement to shape how developers understand and interact with the product. This position has high ownership and impact, involving hands-on technical work, content development, and active involvement with the developer community. The role is designed for someone who can translate complex technical concepts into clear content and foster engagement to drive product adoption and successful implementation. 3. Responsibilities: Engage hands-on with the product, APIs, and platform capabilities Build sample applications, integrations, and use cases Translate technical concepts into clear, usable insights Create technical content including blog posts, tutorials, documentation improvements, and use-case walkthroughs Develop content guiding developers from initial contact through implementation Explore modern content methods, including AI-assisted workflows Engage with developers on platforms such as Slack, Discord, and forums Answer questions, resolve issues, and gather user feedback Support an active, supportive developer community Communicate community insights to product and engineering teams 4. Requirements: Strong technical background in engineering, developer tools, APIs, or similar areas Experience creating technical content such as blogs, tutorials, or documentation Ability to clearly explain complex topics to developers Hands-on experience with modern architectures including APIs, cloud, and microservices Nice-to-Haves: Experience in Developer Relations, Developer Experience, or similar roles Open source contributions or a public technical portfolio (GitHub, blog, etc.) Experience engaging or managing developer communities Familiarity with AI or large language model-driven tools or workflows 5.
