Job Description: Looking for an experienced Conversational AI / Contact Center AI Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Google Dialog flow CX and Google Cloud Contact Center AI (CCAI) . The candidate will design and implement intelligent virtual agents, voice and chat bots, and end-to-end contact center AI solutions. Key Skills: Strong experience with Dialog flow CX and Google CCAI. Conversational AI architecture, chatbot and voice bot development. Integration with telephony platforms, CRM systems, APIs, and backend services. Experience with contact center workflows, IVR, intent design, and conversation flows. Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), NLP, and AI-driven automation.
