Social Media & Communications Intern

Open Role: Unpaid Internship Electro is building the future of athlete-first hydration. Our functional electrolyte gum supports performance, focus, and recovery, and our team works with college and professional athletes across the country. This is an unpaid internship. The intern will help identify and recruit NIL athletes on Instagram, manage outreach messages, and keep our athlete pipeline organized. This role is fully remote and flexible around your class schedule. Ideal Candidate Ability to manage a high volume of daily communication. Clear, professional, and personable writing style. Familiarity with Instagram messaging and basic CRM tools. Knowledge of college sports, including major programs and conferences. Role Overview Keep the athlete partner database accurate, current, and easy to use. Support NIL agreements from initial outreach to signed partnership. Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using internal guidelines. Respond to athlete messages daily with accuracy, speed, and professionalism. Maintain accurate and up-to-date athlete records. Track athlete interactions in our CRM systems, including Notion and internal tools.
