KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and analyze video surveillance footage
- Identify operational issues, risks, and potential losses
- Prepare clear and accurate audit reports for clients
- Ensure all work meets quality and productivity standards
- Complete assigned tasks within required timelines
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or at least high school diploma (college level is an advantage)
- Experience in loss prevention, retail, food service, auditing, or similar fields is preferred but not required
- Background as a team leader or supervisor is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and shifting environment
