WE’RE HIRING | Core Banking Transformation Lead Location: USA – Remote Travel: As required for client/project needs Experience: 15+ Years Industry: Banking & Financial Services About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Core Banking Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end core banking transformation programs. This is a senior, client-facing leadership role requiring strong banking domain expertise, Finastra Essence knowledge, functional solution design capabilities, and hands-on implementation experience. The ideal candidate will lead engagements from business discovery and requirements workshops through solution design, configuration, testing, and Go-Live. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Lead client workshops, business process assessments, and requirements discussions. Define target banking solutions aligned with industry best practices. Translate business requirements into Finastra Essence functional design and configuration. Provide functional expertise across deposits, lending, payments, cards, product parameterization, and GL/accounting. Guide Business Analysis, Integration, Data Migration, QA, and Technical teams. Drive SIT, UAT, defect resolution, business validation, and Go-Live readiness. Collaborate with senior banking stakeholders and platform teams to validate solution capabilities and address functional gaps. Contribute to reusable banking transformation frameworks, accelerators, and implementation best practices. 🔹 Required Skills & Experience ✅ 15+ years of experience in banking, core banking implementation, or banking transformation. ✅ Strong working knowledge of Finastra Essence, including functional capabilities and configuration. ✅ Experience in product setup, parameterization, GL/accounting, and functional solution design. ✅ Strong understanding of retail banking products, processes, and operating models. ✅ Experience with end-to-end core banking implementation or modernization programs. ✅ Strong client-facing consulting, stakeholder management, and workshop leadership skills. ✅ Ability to lead cross-functional teams from requirements through implementation and Go-Live. 🔹 Preferred Experience Experience with other core banking platforms such as Finacle, Temenos Transact/T24, Oracle FLEXCUBE, or FIS is an advantage. 🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for a senior banking practitioner who can challenge requirements, recommend practical solutions, translate business needs into platform capabilities, and confidently lead transformation delivery through Go-Live. 📩 Interested candidates: Please share your updated resume to [email protected]
