Corporate FP&A Manager (Manufacturing / Industrials)

Harmer has partnered with a PE-backed company seeking to hire for position of Corporate FP&A Manager . Experience in Manufacturing / Industrials industry required . Seeking individual who is driven, motivated, takes ownership, and shows self-initiative with ability to excel in a fast-paced environment! HQ Location: Houston Work Model: Full Remote (if outside of Houston office) or Hybrid in Houston office Compensation: Competitive base + bonus Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 6+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience , including significant experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting [includes 2-3 years’ experience at Manager level or very strong SFA ready for next step and displays traits to be Manager] Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineered products REQUIRED Experience in PE backed or fast-paced performance-driven organization is a plus. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to analyze large financial and operational datasets. Strong understanding of the P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital, and key financial performance drivers . Demonstrated ability to communicate financial results and complex analyses clearly to senior management and non-finance business partners. Prior experience managing, mentoring, or reviewing the work of analysts preferred. Experience with ERP, planning, reporting, and business-intelligence tools required; Adaptive Planning and Power BI experience preferred . Desire and ability to work in fast-paced, PE backed environment
