As a coordinator, you will connect international high school students with volunteer host families, enriching their lives and your community. About Us: International Student Exchange is a leading non-profit organization founded in 1982 that sponsors approximately 2,500 high school exchange students annually. We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated individuals with strong community ties and excellent communication skills to join our team as Area Representatives. Your Role Build and maintain relationships with local schools and families Recruit and screen volunteer host families Match high school exchange students with host families for a successful placement Provide ongoing support and supervision throughout the exchange year What We’re Looking For: Aged 25 or older with solid people skills Previous or current experience working with teens Ability to set your own goals and manage flexible hours Access to a computer and reliable transportation Willingness to travel within a 120-mile radius (as needed) Passion for working with international students and fostering cross-cultural connections Ability to pass a background check Perks & Benefits: Competitive per-placement compensation Generous bonus opportunities for exceeding goals International travel incentives as a reward for successful placements.
