Customer Relations Specialist

Job Overview As a Customer Relations Specialist, you’ll help customers and clients get clear, timely support across phone and written channels. You’ll listen closely, resolve concerns, keep accurate records, and connect people with the right services. Bring strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a customer-first approach to every interaction. Duties Respond to customer support and client services inquiries by phone and in writing, using professional phone etiquette and clear client communication. Identify needs, troubleshoot issues, and apply customer service problem-solving to reach practical resolutions. Complete data entry, update client records, and use Microsoft Office and other computer tools to organize information accurately. Make outbound calls to follow up on requests, share relevant service information, and support sales conversations when appropriate. Process cash handling tasks when assigned, and maintain organized, accurate documentation. Your impact: By resolving questions and keeping records current, you help customers receive consistent service and help teams act on reliable information.

Qualifications

Strong customer service, phone communication, writing, and organizational skills; accurate typing and attention to detail. Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and everyday computer systems. Customer service or call center experience is helpful; experience in client communication, sales, or outbound calling is also valued. English proficiency is required. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are welcome and can help support customers with varied language needs. Comfort handling customer concerns and, when assigned, cash transactions. Pay: $25.10 - $30.22 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
