Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate and In‑Home Usage Tester, you will:
- Receive and review the In‑Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each product assignment, ensuring you understand all tasks and deadlines.
- Unbox, read instructions, and set up the product in a safe, responsible manner.
- Document every step of the testing process using screenshots, audio recordings, video clips, and written journal entries.
- Capture Point‑of‑Emotion® insights via brighthush’s Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology, providing nuanced, real‑time feedback.
- Participate in private chat rooms or focus groups hosted by partner market research firms, sharing observations and answering targeted questions.
