Key Responsibilities

As a Remote In‑Home Product Tester, you’ll be responsible for:

• Receiving and reviewing the In‑Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each product assignment.
• Unpacking, setting up, and using the product as instructed, ensuring it is handled responsibly.
• Capturing high‑quality screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and product journal entries that reflect your authentic experience.
• Using brighthush’s Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology (our cutting‑edge smartphone platform) to record Point‑of‑Emotion® insights, providing unparalleled depth of response.
• Participating in private chat rooms or focus groups hosted by partner market research firms to discuss your experience.
• Submitting written reviews, feedback forms, and any additional data requested by the project lead.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to all data privacy guidelines.
• Communicating any issues or concerns promptly to the project coordinator.

Essential Qualifications
