Key Responsibilities

• Document Test Sessions: Capture screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and written journal entries as instructed in the daily test schedule.

• Follow Test Protocols: Adhere strictly to the In‑Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, which may include unpacking, reading instructions, using the product for a specified duration, and completing online or mobile feedback.
• Leverage brighthush Mobile Technology: When required, use brighthush’s Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology to capture Point‑of‑Emotion insights, providing deeper, richer data for our partners.
• Engage in Private Discussions: Participate in private chat rooms opened by partner market research firms to discuss product impressions and share spontaneous feedback.
• Submit Reviews: Write comprehensive reviews as requested, ensuring clarity, honesty, and actionable insights.
• Maintain Confidentiality: Protect the privacy of all data and discussions, adhering to strict confidentiality agreements.

Essential Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Reliable internet connection and a computer capable of running web browsers and basic software.
• Access to a digital camera or a smartphone with high‑resolution photo and video capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a curious, open‑mind attitude.
• Ability to follow specific, step‑by‑step instructions accurately.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
